With TallyPrime’s latest release, you can now integrate with payment gateways and enjoy the benefits of a single system to generate and manage payment links.

Sometimes, you might have missed recording a transaction and notice it after a few days. Now you want to insert it. A transaction is recorded wrongly, and you want to delete it. While there are plenty of reasons, it is important to keep the voucher number of already recorded transactions intact.

With TallyPrime Release 3.0, the automatic method of voucher numbering is now enhanced to have an auto-retain voucher numbering system during insertion or deletion. This means once an invoice is generated, the number assigned is permanent in nature. When an invoice is inserted, it is assigned with a new number without affecting the already generated invoice. It's the same when you delete the transaction i.e., the number is removed without affecting the already generated invoice.

By using TallyPrime, businesses can now maintain a single system for recording transactions, payment link generation, and reconciliation. This means that they no longer have to switch between two systems, which saves them time and reduces the risk of errors.

Payment on Invoices

  • By integrating with the Payment Gateway, now you can generate and add QR code and payment link on invoices

  • Either you do it for a single invoice in the flow of recording the invoice or do it in bulk for multiple invoices.

  • This makes it easier for customers to make payments through their mobile devices.

  • Additionally, this feature provides an added layer of security by eliminating the need for customers to manually enter payment details.

GSTR-2B from the GST Portal

Go to gst.gov website and log in using your username, password, and captcha.

Select Services and then select Returns. Then select Returns Dashboard from the options available. Next, choose File Returns. Then click on GSTR 2B.

Select the Financial Year, Quarter, and Period that you want to view. Click on the Search button. Then fill out the consent form available and submit it.

You will be shown the options to View or Download. You can then select depending on whether you wish to only view or download the document.
